Communicate with your agent right in the app! Search for homes and discuss all in one place. You can even pull in friends, family or whoever else youre working with as you find your new home. Chat with anyone, whether theyre using the app or not, and well make sure they get the message. No more dealing with multiple emails and text chains.

Make your search more efficient by hiding homes that don’t fit your needs or price range. Once you hide them, they will never show up on the map search again!

App Features Include:

Real-time MLS search - updates and new listings appear in minutes.
GeoLocation Search uses your phone’s built in GPS device to search for properties around you. Refine your search using property or community filters to find the property that meets your specific needs.
Circle Draw - Draw on the map or use filters to refine results. By using only your finger you can draw boundaries on the map view, showing available homes only within the your selected area.
Commute Time - Select several locations such as work or schools and how far away, in minutes, you want to commute. Only homes in the areas that overlap will be selected.
